Saw this the other day while I was chilling at my fave @starbucksau 😉 couldn’t help but smile and snap the moment. One more letter, and it would have read Saviour & Grace 😉 To this I add, ❤ & Grace every day. Cause in life you will come across some people for no rational reason is taking out their negativity on you even when it has absolutely nothing to do with you. One of my guy colleagues asked me; how do I manage to work in a male dominated industry as a female and cope with all the incoming demands being in the customer service centred project role? And still remain smiley and optimistic? 😉 My answer. ❤ & Grace. 😉❤️ I remember that it’s not personal, it’s just work. I can’t choose how people react when they’re having a bad day or in a bad mood. But I can choose how I react. And I choose love and grace and help them find a solution. That’s how I do it. 😊 Same applies to my family members, we all have bad days. As Christians, we’re called to be the light of the world. And that’s not just a Sunday thing. It’s an every day thing, when it’s not easy in our workplaces, families, friendships and our personal lives and that’s why we need Jesus as our Saviour to guide us to show love and grace to the difficult people around us. Choose love and grace. It always wins. 🙃😉❤️
Hey JJ readers!
Just swinging by to say hi & updating you what’s happening for JJ this year 😉
❤ Podcasts: I’ve decided and realised I should be more realistic rather than super ambitious – a podcast a month on JJ radio 😉 Given it’s time consuming to write, record and edit 😉 Who knows? Maybe one day there’ll be a JJ radio!
❤ Book reviews: will come as I read those awesome books from What’s in JJ’s bookshelf!
❤ Guest posts: would ❤ to collaborate with you awesome writers/bloggers!
Stayed tuned for the 1st JJ podcast of 2018! 😉 Faith in the woods, inspired by my late night adventure in December =)
No matter where you’ve been, whatever has happened, love always prevails.
For future generations.
In Matt Appling’s Life after Art book, he shares that all humans have this innate desure to create. After all, God is the Creator and breathed life into us. So naturally we have this yearn to create beautiful and incredible things.
In life there will be times when we lose inspiration and motivation. Albeit it could be down to slipping back into the work routine feeling. Whenever it feels like that, Paul Angone’s Allgroanup blog always comes to the rescue! When you lose inspiration is on point. It’s normal to feel that way sometimes and we all do 😉 After all, no one has got everything figured out. No matter the age.
I think we’ve all had times in our lives where we ask, Why God? When life in general just doesn’t go the way we’ve planned. Like when relationships fall through, career pathways seems so out of reach or even friendships fallouts- it does seem logical. But what I realised is that life is actually 5% what happens but 95% how we choose to take it 😉
For years, I pondered of how to hear God’s voice~ it was one of life’s unsolved mysteries for me until 2010. More on how to listen for God’s voice next week!
